My brain is a mass of perculating ideas that need to be written down somewhere.

Everyone has a to-do list of projects that they want to do, mine is long and ever changing with a mix of normal clothes, presents and steampunk.

I decided to start my pattern drafting and sewing journey because off the shelf just doesn’t fit. I am not 5’6″ and neither am I a B cup. I have shorts that are an awesome fit at the hips but are so large that I can take them off without undoing the closure. They may be comfy but they are not flattering.

I watched a lot of youtube videos which were helpful enough for me to understand that I really should go to a proper class at which point I found Wild Orchid Sewing and Lottie is an awesome teacher and I really got on with her style of classes and projects. 10/10 always recommend.

I want this site mostly for me to track my projects and my growth in sewing. So if you follow this site then you will be following me on my sewing journey, most will be self drafted (see above complaints) but if I do purchase a pattern I will always link to the pattern so you can get it yourself.
